ลบบัญชีและข้อมูล

คุณสามารถลบบัญชี Bunchee และข้อมูลทั้งหมดของคุณได้อย่างถาวรด้วยตนเองจากภายในแอป

วิธีลบจากในแอป

  1. เปิดแอป Bunchee แล้วเข้าสู่ระบบ
  2. ไปที่แท็บ โปรไฟล์
  3. เลื่อนลงแล้วแตะ ลบบัญชี
  4. ยืนยันการลบ — บัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะถูกลบทันที

หรือขอให้เราลบให้

หากคุณเข้าสู่ระบบไม่ได้ ส่งอีเมลจากอีเมลที่คุณใช้สมัครมาที่ plueondee@gmail.com พร้อมหัวข้อ “ลบบัญชี” เราจะดำเนินการลบให้ภายใน 7 วัน

ข้อมูลที่จะถูกลบ

  • บัญชีผู้ใช้และอีเมลของคุณ
  • รายการรายรับ-รายจ่ายทั้งหมด หมวดหมู่ โน้ต และรูปที่แนบ
  • โทเคนการแจ้งเตือนของอุปกรณ์

การลบเป็นการถาวรและกู้คืนไม่ได้ เมื่อลบแล้ว ข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะถูกลบออกจากระบบของเรา ไม่สามารถนำกลับมาได้ หากต้องการเก็บข้อมูลไว้ กรุณาส่งออกก่อนลบ

ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล

เมื่อลบ ข้อมูลในระบบจะถูกลบทันที สำเนาสำรองที่เข้ารหัส (ถ้ามี) จะถูกลบออกจากระบบสำรองภายใน 30 วัน

Delete Your Account & Data

App: Bunchee — Developer: Bunchee

You can permanently delete your Bunchee account and all of your data yourself, directly from inside the app.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the Bunchee app and sign in
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm — your account and all data are deleted immediately

Or ask us to delete it

If you can't sign in, email us from the address you registered with at plueondee@gmail.com with the subject “Delete account.” We will complete the deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your user account and email
  • All income & expense entries, categories, notes, and attached photos
  • Your device's notification token

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, all data is removed from our systems and cannot be recovered. If you want to keep your data, please export it before deleting.

Retention

Upon deletion, data is removed from our live systems immediately. Encrypted backup copies, if any, are purged from backup systems within 30 days.
